How Not To Steal A Sidekick

I realized I didn't post a link, as I normally would, in my last drama post.

So... This is a great read. You'll need a bit of time, but its great. For the skinny. A guy's friend left their Sidekick phone/browser/camera in a cab in NY, offered a reward by sending a text message to it, then was basically blown off by the kid who found it. Sounds pretty usual and, unfortunately all too common, right? What made this uncommon was the massive amount of Internet and media attention the story got. At times it does come off as petty, on both sides, but who can really blame them for being pissed the phone was stolen?
