A fairer House than Prose

I had to decline the invitation to the movies tonight. They were going to see Saw III. Why can't I have girlfriends who want to see chick flicks or something?! I don't enjoy scary movies for one. For two, the first Saw was pretty lame and not scary anyway.

So, I stayed home and worked tonight. Hah! And I discovered a problem which I will need to go in to work tomorrow to correct. Well, I don't have to, but it's my area so I prefer it worked as I intended it to for this weekend's testing.

Well, for now, how about a poem.

I dwell in Possibility--
A fairer House than Prose--
More numerous of Windows--
Superior--for Doors--

Of Chambers as the Cedars--
Impregnable of Eye--
And for an Everlasting Roof
The Gambrels of the Sky--

Of Visitors--the fairest--
For Occupation--This--
The spreading wide my narrow Hands
To gather Paradise--

-Emily Dickinson
